Delete your Kusinita account

You can ask us to delete your Kusinita account and the data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to deleterequest@kusinita.app from the Google account (Gmail address) you use to sign in to Kusinita.
Use the subject line "Delete my Kusinita account."
We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

For your security, we can only process requests sent from the email address linked to the account.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile (name, photo, contact details)
Your listings and their photos, if you are a seller
Your order history and location-related data

What may be kept

We may keep limited records for up to 90 days where needed to resolve an open dispute, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations. After that, they are deleted.
